We hold a Respect For Law night at which we recognize local law enforcement personnel for their performance in the line of duty.

We run an Oratorical Contest in which students from local area schools present speeches on a specified topic. the contest is divided into Club, Zone, District and Provincial. The winner at the District level receives a cash scholarship while the winners / participants at other levels receive certificates and medals.

We run an Essay Contest structured the same as the Oratorical (but written).

There is a Youth Leadership Conference that we send junior high school students to.

We support the Hamilton Wentworth Library Reading Program.

We strongly support the "Just Say NoTo Drugs" and "Addiction Awareness" programs.

We participate in the "Dream come True" that enables children with cancer to enjoy whirlwind 24 hours at Disneyworld in Florida.

Every year we are looking for other projects, within our financial means, that we can participate in to help the youth of our community grow and mature into responsible adults.

As our society grows older we try to branch out and include the Senior members of our community in our endeavours to make everyone feel a little bit special. Still, our main objective is guiding and helping youth.
